These Terms govern your use of itvero.com and the reports and services sold on it. The service is provided by ITVero LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company ("ITVero", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these Terms.
1. What we sell
• Competitor Intelligence Report — a one-time PDF report comparing your business with nearby competitors using public Google listing data, delivered by email, usually within 30 minutes. Price: $99, charged at checkout.
• Competitor Monitoring — an optional subscription that includes a Monthly Competitor Update report, same-day alerts for reviews of 3 stars or less with a suggested reply, a weekly review digest, competitor-change alerts and access to the client portal. When you choose the report with monitoring, the first 30 days of monitoring are free and then $29 per month is charged automatically until you cancel.
• Report only — the same $99 report with no subscription.
• AI Visibility Report — a monthly subscription that checks whether ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude recommend your business when customers ask them, and gives you ready-to-use fixes. Delivered as a PDF by email, with access to the client portal. Prices: $39 per month for one location, $99 per month for three locations, or $349 per year for one location, renewed automatically until you cancel. Each AI Visibility Report is custom research prepared for the subscribing business only; it is not shared with, sold to or reused for anyone else. Details at portal.itvero.com/ai-visibility.
2. Automatic renewal and cancellation
Competitor Monitoring renews every month at $29 until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the link in any ITVero email, from the client portal, or by emailing reports@itvero.com. If you cancel during the free 30 days you are never charged for monitoring. If you cancel after a charge, monitoring continues until the end of the period already paid and is not renewed. We email you 3 days before your free period ends.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply.
4. Refunds
Because each report is generated for you on demand, a delivered report is not refundable. If your report is not delivered within 24 hours because of an error on our side, we refund it in full. Monthly monitoring charges are not refundable once that month's update has been delivered; if a monthly update is not delivered because of an error on our side, we refund that month.
AI Visibility Report: if your first AI Visibility Report isn't useful to you, reply to its delivery email within 14 days of delivery and we refund your first payment in full. After that, delivered reports are not refundable. You can cancel any time from your portal or the link in any email; cancelling stops future reports and charges, and you keep access to your past reports.
5. Corrections
If information about your business in a report is wrong (for example, we matched the wrong listing), reply to the delivery email within 14 days and we will correct and re-send the report at no charge.
6. How reports are produced
Reports are generated automatically from public data, including Google Maps Platform listings and reviews, and written with the help of AI models. We check the data we use, but public listings can be incomplete or out of date, and AI-written analysis can contain mistakes. Reports are information and suggestions only — not legal, financial or professional advice — and we do not guarantee any result, ranking, rating or revenue from following them.
7. Your responsibilities
Give us accurate details about your business, use the reports for your own business purposes, and do not resell, republish or misrepresent them as your own product without our written permission.
8. Intellectual property
You may use your reports freely inside your own business. The report format, templates, website, software and ITVero brand remain ours.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, ITVero is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Changes to the service or these Terms
We may update the service, prices or these Terms. Price changes for an active subscription take effect only after we email you at least 30 days in advance; you can cancel before they apply. The current Terms are always on this page.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
