Competitor Intelligence Reports usually arrive within 15–30 minutes. AI Visibility Reports usually arrive within an hour. Both come by email as a PDF and appear in your client portal.

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it isn't there within an hour, email reports@itvero.com and we'll resend it.

Competitor Intelligence Reports are made on demand, so a delivered report isn't refundable; if yours isn't delivered within 24 hours because of an error on our side, we refund it in full. AI Visibility: full refund of your first payment if you reply to the delivery email within 14 days.

If information about your business is wrong (for example, we matched the wrong listing), reply to the delivery email within 14 days and we'll correct and re-send the report at no charge.

Cancel anytime, with no fees, from the link in any ITVero email, from the client portal, or by emailing reports@itvero.com. You keep access to past reports.
